"Everything was nice - the $100 pet cleaning fee is beyond excessive. Would really like to know what they did differently when cleaning to justify the $100 charge."

"What makes this hotel great is the staff. They are actually really nice people and they take good care of the hotel, considering the amount of traffic it gets. The hotel could use a corporate refresh soon, and some of the cleaning staff could be professionally trained, but other than that it's great. You'll like it. Oh yes, they could lose the manly scented body wash, ewe. Four stars. Five for service."

"The staff at check-in was very nice. The staff in the restaurant was very nice. The guy at check out barely acknowledged me. I explained that the coffee machine and tv wasn't working and he said "ok." He could have said oh I am sorry for your inconvenience etc. "

"Everything was good with the stay did not talk to staff. Much checking was easy. The only thing getting really it worked too well was I felt the breakfast it was okay and there was never enough to go around for everybody, because other people where stingy with how much food they took.."

"Comparing this motel to all motels and hotels across the spectrum this is like a 6-7 at best. But in this price range it’s a 10. We stayed in the older, original part of the place and there was a mild, musty smell you soon acclimate to. Maybe because it’s pet friendly? But the room and linens are super clean. Staff is very friendly. Just off I-71 but very quiet. Very safe feeling location. My wife said she would be perfectly comfortable staying there alone. Would definitely stay again. "
