"Localização incrível beira-mar. O café da manhã poderia melhorar pouca opção de sucos de fruta. O atendimento na recepção poderia ser mais interessado, não foi oferecido passeio e nem ajuda com as malas."

"Três coisas nos deixaram bem descontentes: o chuveiro, que reclamamos por três dias sem solução; algum problema na bomba fazia a água vir muito forte, a ponto de sair por cima do chuveiro, e, do nada, parava de sair água, impossibilitando um banho decente. Depois, houve hóspedes que ficaram brincando com uma criança, correndo no corredor dos quartos até 1h da manhã. A pousada não tem telefone nos quartos para acionar a recepção, e o WhatsApp deles tem horário de atendimento, sem ninguém...

We had a standard room, very noisy and with the view to the parking lot, tried to change rooms but the receptionist didn't do nothing about it. Tried the next day, same answer. These girls at the reception are useless, they do not helped in any way. Tried to get a late checkout, same thing. No help at all. Too bad that such a nice hotel have these type of people working there, it makes you think twice in going back."
