"Affordable place on the water in the area. Do not expext clean or up to date. Very private and worth thr money if you arent looking for something fancy but meeds your 'outdoor and view request". Could use updated beds and another set of pillows. 1 flat pillow per person is not enough. Overall, great stay and the office manager was helpful."

"Excellent location, beautiful grounds. We stayed in the Osprey apartment, the view was incredible and the bed was comfy! Captain Pips is definitely older but it is perfectly charming with great amenities. Definitely go on a Spirit Snorkeling excursions They also have a great gift shop with everything you would need! ! We would stay there again for sure. "
