It only takes 15 minutes to walk down to St Michaels Mount and Marazion beach. Perranuthnoe beach is a 5 minute drive away/20 min coastal path walk. Praa Sands beach a further 5 min. Carbis bay&St Ives is only a 20 minute drive.
Perfect location for exploring what west Cornwall has to offer . Fantastic for a family and couples getaway. Access to the South west coastal Path right next door. Great for walking the dog. The house is located in ideal location for exploring South west Cornwall. Really nice quiet area and the locals are really friendly.
