The Expedia spec is incorrect, misleading and should be corrected. "This property does not have any lifts" - In fact it does, so a nice surprise as we were on floor 3. Also, under "services and conveniences" the blurb states:".. tour/ticket assistance and a front desk safe". Note: every apartment is equipped with a safe. Otherwise the accommodation is spacious, modern, conveniently located and more than met all our needs. Good kitchen facilities and modern bathrooms, one with drench shower etc. Personable and very helpful staff, we would not hesitate to recommend this resort. One constructive suggestion: the loan of an umbrella for a deposit of say, €20 might be an idea.

Pros - Location was convenient to some local tapas / Spanish restaurants and you only need to cross the road to walk by the beach up to the rest of the busy strip of restaurants cafes etc. We highly recommend a little local tapas pl up the road (same side as apartments). Room sizes were big spacious and comfortable furnishings. Kitchen was fairly equipped with all we needed. Helpful staff. Good locking system. Cons - Location is tricky if you are not familiar with area or are from overseas so staff could hv provided some guidance prior to arrival as navigation takes you to the main road. There is no lobby as such, you needed the entry code to park then go up to reception so these are vital information to hv known prior. No salt n pepper, decent tea bags etc in kitchen supplied. Leave a bottle of salt and pepper pls, it isn’t expensive. No housekeeping unless you stay over 7 days (which 1 clean might be included) which annoys us as then you are on a holiday expected to clean. So Ok, if you are happy to do some light cleaning then pls provide cleaning products or a vacuum cleaner to clean! They expected us to use an outdoor broom to sweep. Maybe other guests don’t care about cleanliness as much as we do but it was really annoying. You have to pay for parking daily unless you booked directly with them which we didn’t as we went through Expedia.

Very spacious clean, well equipped apartment
Very spacious clean, well equipped apartment in great location. Perfect for me, my husband and our two boys (14 and 11) 2 minutes to very quiet beach (across a road, but not a problem) with lovely local beach bar/restaurant. 8 minutes walk to Old Town, which is stunning. Cafe for lovely breakfast and extremely helpful staff downstairs. Staff at apartment very accommodating and always available to answer questions.

Apartment Was Amazing With Everything Equipped, Not Far From Puerto Banus , abit dusty but was absolutely amazing , views were incredible I recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Marbella it’s a few mins walk from the beach a petrol station few doors down

Communication via WhatsApp was excellent! The staff was extremely helpful! I read prior reviews stating there had been some theft. I’m pretty sure the locks have been updated because they were like bank vault locks. We felt very safe. I’d highly recommend this property.

Everything excellent except that my kids left the door open and somebody went in and stole their Nintendo (value $300), that I forgot my Sonos speaker at the pool and it was gone (value $150) and that after cleaning the room it disappeared a Versace Perfume (value $60). Beside that all was very good
