Enjoy the best family holidays in this amazing duplex for 8 people in Marbella. It offers a terrace with sea views, a community pool and great facilities like a soccer field, a basketball court and several tennis courts. The facilities of the urbanisation with sea views could not be more complete. In addition to the refreshing 40x30 metre salt swimming pool with a depth of 2 metres, there is also a football pitch, several tennis courts and a basketball court where you can exercise after a wonderful day enjoying the sea and the waves. Back at the accommodation, you can enjoy your lunches and dinners al fresco on the well-kept terrace, from where you can also admire the sea in the distance.
The duplex is located on the first floor and consists of two levels. On the lower level you will find the fantastic living-dining room with air conditioning and Smart TV, the independent kitchen with ceramic hob, fully equipped and two bedrooms with two single beds and air conditioning each. The floor is completed with a bathroom with shower. On the upper level we have the master bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and en suite bathroom with shower and the last bedroom with trundle bed. The third bathroom with bathtub is also on this level. In the house you will find washing machine, iron, ironing board, as well as cot and high chair in case you travel with your baby.
The property is located only 400 metres from the beach of Real Zaragoza, a quiet and familiar beach with shallow waters and some beach bars. In the area, you will find all the necessary services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants. It is located in a wonderful family urbanization where you will be able to enjoy a quiet and relaxing holiday.
The swimming pool is open from June to September from 11h to 21h.
