Nice gardens. Lack of staff. Food quality was low. Overall did not feel like a 5 star property.

Don't day you're an adults only hotel when you have to share the pool with the other hotel Don Carlos hotel where kids are allowed. When you stay in the Oasis you have the option between The separate breakfast is the Oasis or the Don Carlos breakfast....no need to have 2 breakfast options, there are enough healthy things in the Don Carlos one. The spa in the Oasis is really pricy..210 euro for an hour massage ! But nice hotel,clean rooms, friendly staff.

It was such a relaxing stay at the Oasis! The amenities were great and we truly enjoyed our spa treatments. We are at every restaurant and always had a great experience. The staff were so helpful with our questions and for guidance during our trip!
