Exclusive vacation home with lots of privacy and pool.



This spacious vacation home is located on a beautiful natural plot with views of the countryside, making it ideal for a vacation with lots of nature. The house is spread over two floors and inside you can expect a high-quality and tasteful interior with many nice details and comfort. On 200 square meters the property offers plenty of space for one or two families with pet.



On one of the many terraces with garden furniture you will always find a place for sociable dinners, relaxing hours with a book or for sunbathing. The beautiful pool invites you to cool off on warm days.



In the area there are good opportunities to explore nature by bike - ideal for nature lovers. After a short drive you can reach the beautiful beaches and the popular city of Pula, where you can stroll well, eat and discover sights.



Note: A small part of the property is used by the owner's son. This area is separated from the rest of the house.
