Villa LiLa Sunshine is the place where luxury meets serenity. This elegant and modern villa offers you a luxurious stay in the interior of Istria. The villa is located in a quiet location in Orbanici, just a short drive from Pula and the coast. Villa LiLa Sunshine can accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning and TV as well as access to the terrace or balcony. A toddler under three years old can also be accommodated in a crib. The fully equipped kitchen and luxurious living room are located on the first floor and offer a fresh and modern atmosphere. Outside you will find a private pool, a gas barbecue area and an outdoor dining area, all surrounded by greenery in a peaceful location. With an alarm system in the house, your peace of mind is as much a priority as your comfort. Soak up the Istrian sun on one of the four sun loungers and let every moment be a masterpiece of comfort and serenity. The beautiful Villa LiLa Sunshine is located in the center of Istria, in Orbanici, a small, charming town. Here you can experience the enchanting Istrian hinterland with its beautiful landscape and gastronomic specialties such as cheese, prosciutto ham, honey and truffles. The first beaches are located near Fazana. From here you can easily travel by ferry or boat to the beautiful Brijuni islands and their national park. The biggest tourist destination in the area is Pula, which has a stunning amphitheater as well as a range of restaurants, bars and a vibrant nightlife. Visit medieval towns such as Svetvincenat, Vodnjan and Bale, known for their picturesque squares, winding streets, taverns, stores and cafes. The temperature of the heated swimming pool depends on external factors, including weather conditions, and therefore the water temperature cannot be guaranteed.
