This charming villa is the perfect choice for your next family vacation. It is located near the beautiful town of Rabac and 20 km from the majestic city of Pula. Villa Marty can accommodate up to 6 people in two well-appointed bedrooms. The single-storey house consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy and tastefully furnished living and dining area. There are two comfortable bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms. From the bright living area, you have direct access to the terrace and the beautiful pool area. The terrace has a covered dining area, the ideal place for a family get-together. There is also a gas barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals for your family and friends. While you dine with your friends, your children can play in the children's playground right next to the house. In front of the villa is an inviting pool where you can refresh yourself on hot summer days or relax on a sun lounger while reading your favorite book. This villa offers everything you need for a relaxing summer vacation and gives you the feeling of being at home.the village of Belavici promises peace and relaxation. The municipality of Barban is located about 20 km from the towns of Labin and Rabac, about 20 km from Pula and about 20 km from central Istria. Due to its central location, it is an excellent starting point for excursions, motorcycle, bicycle and hiking tours. The east coast of Istria offers a variety of beaches and crystal clear sea. You can rent a boat to explore the hidden caves or take part in an organized fishing trip on a fishing boat. In the evening, Rabac is perfect for strolling by the sea and dining in one of the small, family-run fish restaurants that offer delicious local specialties on the terraces right by the sea. Due to its natural beauty and the ambience of a small fishing town, breathtaking bays and crystal clear waters, Rabac is also known as the 'Pearl of the Gulf of Kvarner'.
