The Space:

Welcome to Villa Mia, a newly built holiday retreat in the peaceful village of Orbanići, in the heart of Istria. Designed for comfort and relaxation, this stylish villa accommodates up to 5 guests, making it ideal for families or small groups. The villa offers two spacious bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, plus a third bathroom located near the sauna. A fifth guest can sleep on the comfortable sofa in the living room. For maximum comfort, all bedrooms and the living area are air-conditioned. Spread across two floors, the villa features a bright, modern interior and a fully equipped kitchen for a carefree stay.



Enjoy your private, outdoor heated pool with sun loungers, a gas BBQ for al fresco dining, and a private sauna for unwinding after a day of exploring. Additional amenities include a washing machine and free accommodation for one small pet. Villa Mia combines modern design, comfort, and a great location for discovering Istria.



Please note: From 20 June to 1 September, guests can enjoy naturally warm pool water, as summer temperatures keep it comfortable without additional heating.
