House for 10 persons: approx. 290 m2 on two floors. The ground floor comprises two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, a kitchen with dining area, and a separate living area. Furthermore, there are two bathrooms with showers, and a separate WC. The kitchen and the living area are equipped with air conditioning. The first floor comes with an air-conditioned living area, a kitchen with dining area, two comfortable double bedrooms, a single bedroom, and two bathrooms with showers. Furthermore, you will find a covered terrace on the first floor. Outside, you will find two spacious terraces – one of which is covered and offers a barbecue as well as outdoor-dining facilities.


Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

Sehr schön und ruhig

Es ist genau wie auf den Bildern. Sehr schön , modern eingerichtete und ruhige Lage. Mit Auto sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Pula gut erreichbar. Eigentümer ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Auch den drei Teenager hat es gefallen 😜.

Das beste Ferienhaus ever

Wir haben in diesem herrlichen Ferienhaus zwei wundervolle Wochen verbracht. Unser Erwartungen wurden im positiven Sinn weit übertroffen. Der Vermieter ist ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit, das Haus perfekt ausgestattet, supersauber und alles notwendige befindet sich darin. Wir haben uns alle ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt!

Et dejligt hus

Et rigtig dejligt hus med skøn pool, vi måtte dog slås men nogle tørstige hvepse om poolen. Super lækkert indrettet og rigtig dejlig rent. Super service på de småproblemerne vi stødte på, nedbrud på internet og et batteri i fjernbetjening til port der løb tør. Klaret inden for få timer

Tolle Villa Tina

Die Unterkunft ist super schön und sehr geräumig. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Der Pool ist von der Größe her völlig in Ordnung und die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Es gibt draußen und drinnen mehrere Locations um hinzusitzen. Liegestühle sind ausreichend vorhanden, wir haben das Haus zu neunt genutzt (6 Erwachsene, 2 Jugendliche) wir können das Haus sehr weiterempfehlen. Es liegt sehr ruhig, allerdings überhaupt nicht am Meer Zum Meer fährt man ca. 25 min

Erholung pur

Haus war wie auf den Bildern abgebildet, sehr sauber. Garten sehr schön sowie auch der Pool. Sehr ruhig. Urlaub war Erholung pur. Hatten insgesamt 5 Hunde unterschiedlicher Größe dabei war auch kein Problem. Einzige Manko war, das Grundstück nicht komplett eingezäunt war. Also für Hunde klein bisschen blöd, da man ständig aufpassen musste. Haben aber in den Griff bekommen. Fazit 5 Sterne würden wieder kommen

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Bei diesem Objekt handelt es sich um ein sehr komfortables und sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Hervorzuheben war die Sauberkeit dieser Unterkunft und die uneingeschränkte Hilfsbereitschaft des Eigentümers! Daniel war stets hilfsbereit und hatte immer ein offenes Ohr.

Wunderschöne und saubere Unterkunft

Absolut schöner Urlaub

Einfach schön!!!! Super nette Vermieter und alles sehr sauber. Es gab prima Restaurant -- tipps, z.B. Das Jupiter in Pula oder das Fischrestaurant Fjord ( super lecker). Also absolut zu empfehlen !

Viel Platz und ruhige Lage

Die Vermieter empfingen uns sehr freundlich vor dem Haus. Das Haus war äußerst gepflegt und bot sehr viel Platz. Es gab eine bequeme Terrasse mit Grillplatz und überdachtem Tisch. Pula , Rovinj, Fazana, alles gut erreichbar. Wir können das Quartier jederzeit empfehlen. Einkaufen 3 min. mit dem Auto.
