The living/dining room features a sofabed (140 cm wide and 200 cm long), satellite TV, a flat screen, and air conditioning. There is an exit from this room leading to the garden and the swimming pool. The house has two bedrooms: one with two beds (each 80 cm wide and 200 cm long), and another with a French bed (200 cm wide and 200 cm long), a shower/WC, and air conditioning.

The house is equipped with an open kitchen that includes a hot plate, oven, dishwasher, three gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
