"Gorgeous view, great location within walking distance to Annecy old city center. Good large unit. Parking was very hard to find initially. Needed better instructions. Although the unit was generally clean, the furniture was quite dated and in need of deep cleaning. The curtains were dirty, tattered and frayed. There are some easy updates that would make this a 5 star. "

Garage comodissimo, anche con auto grande siamo riusciti senza problema ad entrare nel posto ed uscire. Posizione centrale, a pochi passi a piedi dal centro di Annecy e comodamente servito da autobus, stazione a due passi. Negozi, bar e ristoranti nelle strade adiacenti. "This was a lovely flat in a perfect location for strolling along Lake Annecy towards Old Town. The balcony looks out over a busy avenue but was a nice spot to enjoy breakfast. While on a busy street there was not a lot of street noise at night which was a plus. We were able to get a parking spot within the gated allotment for the building but there are several paid parking lots very close by if needed."

"Location is awesome. It would have been nice if the details explained where parking is located. Parking was not too far away and a breeze. Pricing was not too expensive. The apt. has its challenges. Entry into the building is a bit lacking of desirability. Once you get to the unit it’s spacious and works. Beds are good, heating units take a few to quick in, but downstairs never fully heats up. Our only complaints are no WiFi and the cleanliness. It lacks that extra touch. We’d stay...
