"The hotel is located opposite the train station and there is a Metro station just by the main entrance. It is close to restaurants. The staff were very helpful and professional. The buffet breakfast was plentiful. My only very minor comment is that there was too little space between the end of the bed and wall. I had to squeeze past the bed to get to the desk. Could the room be reconfigured to overcome this problem? I stubbed my toe on the leg of the bed a couple of times squeezing past the end of the bed."

"Absolutely fabulous hotel. The staff are amazing and do everything they possibly can to make your stay perfect. The spa facilities are brilliant and the brasserie restaurant is well worth a visit for some amazing food! We are already thinking of when to return."

"Fabulous hotel. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, the restaurant for breakfast is beautiful and has a nice view. It’s walking distance to several excellent brasseries. Rooms on the lake side are quieter if you like to leave the windows open."

"30 min walk to U of Laussane, or by bus is around 20 min. Grocery store Aldi right downstairs, and Migro about 5 min walk. Housekeeping is by request, hanging the tag outside the door before noon. Staff is super friendly and helped me with a transit pass. Merci beaucoup a vous !"

"We have an amazing and relaxing stay at Beau Rivage. The room was very comfortable with lovely amenities. We enjoyed an afternoon by the pool and appreciated the attentive pool staff. Beautiful views of Lake Geneva. Several food options on site. Walkable into town and the path along the lake. All the staff were very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Thank you for the lovely lemon cake to celebrate my daughter's birthday. It was a wonderful surprise. Highly recommend."

"Easy check-in. Building is clean, room is good size and the bed is comfortable. Pretty quiet too. The downstairs gym is pretty big. I liked the water fountains with sparkling water. The room amenities are limited: no shampoo/conditioner/lotion, just a very basic body wash. The kitchen is well equipped and allowed to cook meals on the electric stove and reheat in the microwave. Overall it's an ok place to stay for a few days, but for that price I would have expected hotel standard amenities."
