- This beachfront condo on the second floor is the perfect for your stay in Marco Island. Beautifull view from the balcony of the beach all the way to the north end of the island. Two cozy bedrooms with queen beds, and one full bath and a half bath. Guests can enjoy a comfortable climate inside with heating and AC, internet and Wi-Fi. Building offers a fitness room, pool, spa, pickleball, tennis courts and two new BBQ. The kitchen is fully equipped and has washer and dryer in the apartment. One assigned cover parking space and a closet with beach chairs and umbrellas.
Contingent upon Minimum 30-day lease and condominium approval needed. Condo application and signed lease with $250.nonrefundable fee to be submitted 30 days prior to occupancy.
