Beachfront Beauty - Totally Remodeled

Located at the South end, Crescent Beach area of Marco Island, this beachfront unit provides an un-paralleled view of the Gulf of Mexico from all living areas. It is on the fourth floor of a ten-story building. Both the master bedroom and living rooms have balconies that directly face the Gulf.

Right on the Beach - beautiful sunsets. Patio furniture is provided to enjoy the warm Marco sunshine, spectacular sunsets and ocean views. The kitchen is fully equipped with new (2021) appliances and has stone counter tops.

This unit was just remodeled with new kitchen and bath. It is one of only a few beachfront condominiums offering weekly rentals. It is tastefully decorated throughout.

Our Somerset condominium features three bedrooms. One is furnished with a king bed and a full private bath with a separate make up area. It has its own private lanai providing views of the Gulf. The second bedroom is furnished with a king bed with a private full bath. The third bedroom has two twin bunk beds. Cable TV throughout. All linens, pillows, comforters and towels, including beach towels, are provided.

A fully equipped kitchen with a pass-through bar area, a formal dining area and a living room with TV, DVD player provide all the amenities to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. FREE BROADBAND INTERNET ACCESS.

The condominium complex is beautiful. It has landscaped tropical gardens, two heated pools, tennis court and dedicated pickleball court, covered parking, and a beautiful white sand beach just steps away. Many restaurants, shopping and theater are within walking distance.

Marco Island is the largest of Southwest Florida's 10,000 Islands and is located on the Gulf of Mexico. It has been described as magical, mystical and alluring or just plain paradise. The island is six miles long and four miles wide and connected to the mainland by two bridges. Naples is just a short 20 minute drive. The attraction to the Island is the spectacular sunsets, white sandy beaches, tropical island ambiance, and a very casual laid back life style.

There is much to explore on Marco and the surrounding Islands. Bird watchers will love to see Ospreys, Bald Eagles, Pelicans, Egrets, and Herons. Fisherman will love the abundant Snook, Snapper, Grouper, etc. Sea turtles, dolphins, and manatees are also abundant and easy to see. So no matter what you are looking for in a sunny vacation spot you will find it here in our little corner of paradise!

You are within walking distance of the Marriott and Hilton hotels. Great restaurants include Arturos , Fin Bistro, Oyster Society and Verdi's. Stilts is a new beachfront restaurant in the Marriott time share (the old Radisson). More casual and fun for the kids are Cocomo’s and The Snook Inn. Red Rooster or Hoots are the best for breakfast. You must visit Stan's on a Sunday morning on Goodland.

The unit was clean, comfortable and contained everything needed for a relaxing stay. We have been visiting Marco since 2003 and you can't go wrong staying at the Somerset. Great location on the south side of the island, it has one of the top five beaches in the US, if not number one. Communication was great, the instructions were easy to follow. I would recommend this unit for couples or a family.Thanks Tom

Perfect condo!

Clean, well equipped spacious condo with amazing views of the ocean! Walking distance to many places. The gym was an added benefit as well as the very warm pool.

Beautiful property right on Marco Island South Beach.

This was a beautiful condo with all amenities you could possibly want. The views of the ocean from the windows and balcony were amazing. This property is close to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed it and would certainly come again.

An amazing stay in FL

This property and location are fabulous, and being here truly lets you enjoy the best of southern FL. Tom was a terrific host and immediately responsive, although virtually nothing was needed. The Somerset is perfectly situated on Marco Island with plenty of great restaurants nearby, and the amazing beach right outside your door. We love Marco Island!

Great Condo and Location

We had a wonderful time at this condo! It was right on the beach, close to shops and restaurants, and had a lovely pool. We loved watching the sunsets and lightning storms from our patio, and had a great time collecting shells in front of the condo. Will definitely come back if the chance arises!

Absolutely Beautiful

This condo was beyond PERFECT! The condo is beautifully updated and well kept. It was a bonus to have beach chairs and other items available for use during our stay. The host is very responsive to any inquiry. The property is very nice as well kept. I love that it is gated and very secure. I cannot say enough good things about this property and we will for sure be staying at this unit any time we travel to Marco Island in the future.

True vacation

We are a family of four(10&12 year old kids) and this was a perfect spot. Check in/out was very simple and the host was easy to get a hold of and answered any questions we had quickly.The unit was great, better in person than in the pics. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony and easy access to the beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards all provided. Saltwater pool was a nice touch too. Family friendly and quiet. Local restaurants and mini golf are a quick drive up the road. I would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to a return trip.

The Somerset

Our stay at The Somerset was beyond outstanding. The property and unit were gorgeous. It had everything we needed and more space than I had imagined. The view of the ocean was fabulous and the balcony was overly spacious. The downstairs lockers for beach stuff was incredibly helpful faster an entire day at the beach. It was stocked with chairs and tents and umbrellas. Tom was just extremely helpful before, during and after the stay…extremely informative and attentive. I am grateful for the week we spent there and will be booking our return. Ty Tom for your hospitality.

This condo was beautiful and the beach was not crowded at all

It was a great experience staying in this condo. The bedrooms were nice for our three children, and the condo had everything we needed. There was a large pot missing in the kitchen, but the owner ordered one for us and it was delivered promptly. All of the appliances and washer and dryer are new. Everything is updated tastefully. The condo complex was quiet with the exception of some work being done next door, but that was only noisy one day. The whole complex is peaceful and well maintained. The view from the balcony is priceless.

Best in Marco Island

This place was so so nice!! It had everything you needed if you wanted to stay in and cook all meals. We like going out every night and it was so close to several nice restaurants. We practically had the whole beach to ourselves which was nice also. The owner, TOM, answered my text messages faster than my kids do!!! One of the umbrellas did not have another pole with it. Tom said for me to buy one and he would Venmo me for it. So so nice. We will be back and hopefully stay in his unit again.

Wonderful family vacation at this beautiful property and beach!

What a great family vacation! The condo is beautiful and very spacious! Stayed with my husband and 3 daughters ages 9-12. We enjoyed all the space. I loved cooking in the kitchen with the view of the ocean from the patio doors. Plenty of cabinet room for all of our food. The washer and dryer were super handy to do a load or two of wash per day to keep up and clean bathing suits and towels. Tom was wonderful to work with and answered all my questions very quickly and thoroughly. The beach locker on the ground floor had everything we needed for the beach and the pool. Walk to the beach took 1 min and very easy and convenient to wash your feet before going into the pool area. The views from the balcony were spectacular at sunrise and sunset especially. Also, the check out process was easy and quick. Sad to leave and will most definitely return in the future. Great place and would highly recommend. Thanks for a great week, Tom! Awesome place!

Relaxing Vacation for family of 5!

Our family of 5 (ages 35 to 88) enjoyed our stay in condo 406 at Somerset on Marco Island, FL. Our condo had everything we needed. It was clean, had plenty of space and accommodations for everyone, and the balcony overlooking the beach and gulf was beautiful - especially at sunset! Beach chairs, cabana, and wagon to pull equipment to the beach was appreciated. Tom responded quickly with any questions we had. He supplied starter packs of soap, paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags. There were also plenty of bath towels and beach towels for everyone. Having a washer/dryer in house and a Publix near by was great. The kitchen was stocked with cooking and eating utensils. The guys were able to play 3 rounds of golf, some family members went on a 4hr shelling cruise to barrier islands (Treasure Seekers), and the rest of our time was spent on the balcony or on the beach! We enjoyed our vacation and would do it again.

Best place to stay in Marco

We have been visiting Marco Island for over 25 years and have stayed in many locations there. This is by far the best place we have ever stayed. It has been renovated recently with plenty of details that make this place great. Definitely coming back next year.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! The space was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach trip. The location was perfect with beautiful views, and check-in was a breeze. The beach chairs and wagon provided were a huge plus, they made getting to and from the beach so easy. We highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again!
