Excellent location - Well appointed unit - Responsive Host!

We thoroughly enjoyed our month-long stay! We were there during the busiest time of the year but didn’t feel like it was too busy or overcrowded. Rich was very responsive. From the initial booking until we left, he was on top of things and responded to any requests/questions immediately.Great location, right on the beach, walking distance to some restaurants and shops. The unit is updated, newer appliances, clean, and has everything you need to make the best of your stay. Particularly liked access to the lanai from both bedrooms and the living room. Ample parking and easy to get in and out of the complex. It’s a large building/complex, yet feels comfortable and welcoming. Beautiful and well-maintained grounds with a resort feel and very helpful office staff. Checking in took a bit but now is completely automated which is nice. Overall, a great place and highly recommend!
