For dining and shopping, the vibrant hubs of Marco Island are easily accessible — charming boutiques, waterfront restaurants, and casual local spots are all within a five- to ten-minute drive. Whether you're exploring the town or enjoying a full day at the beach, the neighborhood offers a tranquil yet lively atmosphere perfect for a memorable family getaway.



Getting Around:

The most convenient way to reach Marco Island is by car — Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) in Fort Myers is approximately a 45-minute drive, and Naples Airport (APF) is roughly 30 minutes away. A rental car is recommended for the most flexibility during your stay, as it gives you easy access to restaurants, shopping, and nearby attractions across the island and mainland. Rideshare services (Uber and Lyft) are available throughout Marco Island, and the Marco Island Trolley offers sightseeing loops that stop at key destinations. Once you arrive at Tower 3, much of your stay can be enjoyed on foot — the beach is just steps from the building, and the resort's pool, tennis courts, and fitness center are all within the complex. For getting around the island itself, biking is a popular option: you're welcome to bring your own or rent locally, and a complimentary bike rack is provided just outside Tower 3.

Check-in time begins at 4:00 PM.

Check-out time is required by 10:00 AM.

The Resort Fee is collected once you arrive at the building office.

Boat slips are available for use only with prior reservations.



Interaction with Guests:

The host aims to provide a seamless and private experience. Interaction will be minimal, primarily for check-in/check-out or if guests require assistance during their stay. The host will not be present on-site during your stay.
