This Condo is managed by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make to VRBO is only the VRBO service fee. Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Preferred Payment method is by Check. If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival.

1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom condo overlooking the pool area in the Marco Beach Ocean Resort. Bathtub and separate shower. Small Kitchen. The Bedroom has a King Bed with Smart TV. The Living room has a Smart TV as well. Free Valet Parking.
