Enjoy unobstructed gulf views from this newly renovated beachfront condo at Sea Winds of Marco Island! Your oversized private balcony offers direct Western exposure over South Marco beach. Enjoy calming gulf breezes as you watch dolphins play in the surf while the sun slowly sinks into the water every afternoon. The condo offers two bedrooms and two renovated bathrooms, an open fully equipped kitchen, dining table and living room with sleeper sofa. The living area and master bedroom have sliders out to the balcony and incredible views to the gulf beyond. On the lanai, listen to the waves roll in as you enjoy dinner alfresco or lounging on the sectional sofa with a great book. Sea Winds is in the prime location on Marco Island's south end - just next door is the Sunset Grille, where you can enjoy beachfront dining and drinks just steps from the Sea Winds pool area and beach access path. Also walking distance, find an abundance of shops and restaurants at Marco Walk Plaza less than a mile to the north. Right on property, you have access to tennis courts, a swimming pool and hot tub, and beach access from the Sea Winds building. For your convenience, the unit is equipped with a washer and dryer in-unit, beach gear including plush towels, beach chairs and umbrella, a beach cart, and a cooler, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, high speed WiFi, Smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms with cable service and hotel style linen service including all white bedding and towels. *Note, there is parking for up to 2 vehicles per unit available in the lot, however the building management charges for parking passes - it is $50 for up to a 1 year pass, per vehicle.
