"It is a good ship over for a night if you have to be in the area. Don’t expect anything fancy, but simple clean place. They take a $50.00 deposit in advance."

"Breakfast was the same every day, the kitchen ladies are not too friendly. We had no hot water the first two days we were there, no housekeeping or room service , I was told they clean the rooms every 7days. I spent a lot of money and don’t recommend this place I won’t be staying again. Also the first night we were there some drunk guy was running his mouth and playing loud music on his speaker and telling obscenities out of his window and the hotel staff did nothing about it. "

"Hotel was very clean and staff were helpful. Breakfast was very adequate. You have to pay a daily rate for parking though."

"Stayed here recently, but unfortunately had issues with noise at night. Around 2–3 AM, it sounded like neighbors were working on or messing with a car, which made it very difficult to sleep. It didn’t seem like quiet hours were being enforced effectively. If you’re a light sleeper or traveling for rest, this could be a concern. Hoping management can address this for future guests."

"I stayed there for one night and won't be staying there again. The room overall had a really strong cleaning/ air freshener smell to it that was making me sick to my stomach and it was dirty. There was little black hairs all in the shower still, the shower head was all calcified with no pressure. The floors in the bathroom had black smudges and the sink in the bathroom had stuff on the faucet. I got back from work exhausted Friday night and woke up Saturday to take a shower before work and the water was extremely cold and wouldn't turn hot- regardless of the direction you turned it. I called the front desk to let them know because it is very frustrating and she mentioned we are over booked or I'd have you shower somewhere else. I said I needed to leave to work in 30 mins so at this point I'm just bummed. Ten mins later a maintenance person called to come up and look at it and I said no I need to leave to work you can come up when I leave. He also asked if I tried moving the knob I said of course pretty annoyed and the sink also wouldn't go hot in the bathroom to wash my face. The water also had a very strong sulfur smell. All and all the only good thing about this room was the bed and pillows."

"This is one of my favorite places to stay. Very clean, quite and close to walking distance of a great place called Spoons. Close to Irvine were we had to be for our conference the next day."
