"We just had the pleasure of staying at this home in Pensacola. There were 8 of us (four adults, 2 teens, to children). Check in was easy, and the home was as advertised. The owner, Jonathan, was very responsive to my messages/questions. We really appreciated all the extra amenities (Keurig with coffees, water cooler, soaps/shampoo, arcade games, karaoke, plenty of dishes, etc). And the beds were so comfortable.This is an older property and does show its age. One of the bedrooms were warmer than the others, so we had to keep the A/C lower than we normally would in order for them to be comfortable. However, this would not be a deterrent for us to rent again. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay here again."

"I just want to say that we enjoyed our stay at the mermaid house. It had everything we needed and more. Lots of toiletries, toilet paper, towels, trash bags and other pluses like k cups and seasonings. The beds were very comfortable and decor was very cute. My son enjoyed playing with the games outside and my dog enjoyed running around in the backyard. It was in close proximity to the mall, airport and the beach and in a quiet community. I would also like to point out that the owner was extremely responsive to some minor hiccups that we encountered and fixed the issues promptly. We would stay again at the mermaid house! Thanks again!"
