It’s the perfect place to come back to after a day of exploring the region. All Margaret River bars and restaurants are only a short walk away but the kitchen is also stocked with all cooking equipment in case you don't feel like going out All 3 bedrooms have a very comfortable beds.
The Space;
Down Town is a cosy 3 bedroom Margaret River style brick cottage tucked away just minutes from the “Classic” Margaret River main street as well as some great biking tracks.
The lounge and dining area is nice and comfortable with natural light streaming in the large front window. There is a reverse cycle air-conditioner in the lounge room to help warm the house on cool winter nights and the jarrah floorboards are a beautiful reminder of your surroundings. There are 3 bedrooms, two with queen size beds and a twin room with two single beds.
There is a great fenced front yard area, shaded with lush trees and a covered patio area in the back yard where you can enjoy an afternoon BBQ.
Take a short stroll to the Margaret River Bakery and head down to the “River Walk” with your morning coffee or just relax in the lightly shaded courtyard. Whatever your needs you are guaranteed a restful stay at Down Town.

Extra fees: Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc.

Property Fee: Please note that the property fee is the Cleaning & linen fee, it says 'pay at property' however this amount will be charged to you when the amount is taken for your booking. We offer self check-in accommodation and do not have facilities where we can take payment at the property.

Credit Card Fees: 1.75% credit card fees apply for domestic VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS, 3.50% for international VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS and 3% for AMEX.

Linen: linen is included in your stay.

Pets: the house is “pet friendly” and you can bring your dog along with you for your stay. The yard is fully fenced. Please let us know if you are bringing your dog along, at the time of booking.
