"The check in system is the worst I’ve ever encountered. We stood in line for over 1 1/2 hours. And we had to leave to catch a show we had perviously purchased tickets for. When we came back. We were assigned a room that had non functioning AC. We slept in a room with a temperature of 84 degrees. There was an industrial fan in my room that was loud and did not cool the room. The next day we asked and received a room with working AC. The staff were nice but the check in system is dysfunctional or the hotel was short on cleaning maids. I would not recommend this hotel."

"Was just here for a brief night over on my extended holiday. I’ve never stayed a casino resort so it was a fun new experience. My room was on the 43rd floor which was wild to look out the window! My eyes popped on the elevator but it was thrilling! Only thing is I wish parking was included for overnight guests."
