This is the best spot in Margate, on the best beach! Our views are of the most glorious sunsets, in the beating heart of town. Watch the sea roll in as you cook, enjoy a glass of wine watching the sun go down over Margate Sands, or literally walk out onto the promenade and beach.

Our home has original parquet flooring, high ceilings, original toga couches and a Barcelona daybed. Filled with Original art, eclectic prints, panelled wall, statues, Persian rugs and mid-century peices.

Open plan living room and kitchen, allowing for the stunning views to be enjoyed whatever you are doing. There is a bathroom with shower and bath. The pink bedroom has a ginormous supersize king bed and the green room has a double.

You can access the entire flat.
You will receive the access code and details after your booking is confirmed.
The flat is located on the top floor of the Victorian building.

The team are on hand to help if you encounter any issues, so please do ask.

The apartment overlooks the Sundowners bar which often has wonderful live performances that you can enjoy as the sun sets. We believe we have the best views in Margate.

The closest beach is Margate Sands beach which is directly in front of the apartment. There are 2 Tidal pools near the property. One on Margate
Sands beach and the other larger one Called Walpole Tidal pool,
about a 10 minute walk in the direction of Cliftonville.
There are several supermarkets in Margate. The closest is
Morrisons & there’s a Costcutter around the corner from the
flat.

You are just a few minute`s walk from the Old Town, with the
famous Turner Gallery & cool Cliftonville, which both have
great restaurants, bars and galleries.

Parking is available right outside in the pay & display car park. Free parking is available on Tivoli Park Avenue about a 10 min walk away. Mill Street car park is also close by and Dreamland car park.

Please respect our neighbours and enter and leave the building quietly. The apartment has wooden floors and noise travels, and please no shoes inside. Thank you :)

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION: The property is accessed via a steep, winding staircase with no handrail. For this reason, it is not recommended for young children or for anyone who may have difficulty climbing stairs safely. Please consider the needs of everyone in your party carefully before booking.
This property is not suitable for children. We can only accept adults over the age of 18. This is because we are located on the top floor with steep stairs and have neighbours below. Thank you for your understanding.
