Located on the historical Trinity Square, the flat is close to many of the amazing eateries, the beautiful sandy beach and the fun and quirky bars and micro pubs. It’s also perfectly placed if you are looking to visit the ever-popular Turner Contemporary.
Prior to arrival, guests will be issued with full check in instructions. To access the flat, guests are required to walk up two small flights of stairs and unfortunately there is not elevator in the building therefore we would not recommend this property for anyone who would struggle with stairs or who requires wheelchair access.
Located on the 2nd floor, No 3 boasts a modern, open spaced kitchen/living area, a large double bedroom with a king size bed and TV along with a beautifully designed shower and toilet.
The Living room has a Smart TV with Netflix which is free for the guests to use and free access to a super-fast Wi-Fi connection.
The open planned Kitchen/Living room houses an induction hob and oven, a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. There is also a stylish breakfast bar which is fantastic for casual dining or to use as a workspace. The kitchen also contains a dishwasher and washing machine for our guest’s convenience-ideal for anyone looking for a long stay or if you need to pop your beach clothes in after a day out at one of the areas fantastic beaches. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need for your stay-ideal for when you fancy a night in.
The living room has a double sofa bed which is available upon request.
The bedroom homes a comfy king size bed, a desk and chair which is suitable for anyone looking for workspace and hanging space for your clothes. It also has a smart TV with Netflix for those days when you fancy a lie in or an early night.
No 3 offers the perfect location for anyone looking to explore all the delights that Margate has to offer or if attending one of the many events hosted in Margate. Whether you are looking for a romantic break with your loved one, a fun getaway with a friend, a small family looking for a seaside break or if you are visiting the area for work. The flat is accessed via a communal door entrance and 2 out of the 5 flats in the building have permanent residents. We ask our guests to respect this and keep noise to a minimum when entering and leaving the building.
No 3 is the perfect location for anyone looking to explore the ever-popular Margate and all it has to offer. Broadstairs and Ramsgate are 10 minutes by car and the historic town of Canterbury is just 30 minutes away.
This property does not have parking facilities however there is a pay and display car parks opposite or free parking on the road outside and surrounding.
