"This hotel was too far away from the city. Originally I didn’t think that was an issue, however on the first day, a taxi driver charged us 1200 reales from the bus station to the hotel. Complete rip off! This made us concerned about the amount of money we would be spending on transportation to and from the hotel daily. The bedding was horrible. "Clean room, friendly-enough staff and an excellent all you can eat breakfast. It's a bit far from Rio City and the beaches - roughly 50 minutes - , but it's perfect if you want some peace and quiet away from the madness of Rio. I would definitely recommend and I would stay here again."
