A little disappointed the hotel wouldn't honour the price we paid for the 4 day stay in a Junior Suite when we added a day due to the Farmer-road-blockades. "Property was great, although our access cards stopped working a few times and had to be reprogrammed by the desk staff. Room was wonderful. Spa was nice, but if your coming from outside of europe, do your research on european spas, it can be a culture shock."

The room had been recently refurbished, we only had an issue with the rubber beneath the shower door wouldnt attach, someone tried but with no success, so the bathroom was at slight risk of flooding. Also, due to construction work they weren't serving breakfast, which we were only made aware of when checking in. They did provide some small pastries and coffee in the morning, but these came with no plate, so ended up...

"Great hotel, centrally located close to many restaurants and the cathedral. Construction across the street starts early but the hotel room was still quiet with the windows closed. We had a triple room and there was enough room for everyone. We would stay again. "
