We made new friends again this year. We will miss Cleophas greatly when he retires. "My family of 5 loved our week in Ixtapa. Monarca Ixtapa is a beautiful, relaxing place. We enjoyed walking the beach, eating breakfast and lunch at La Pergola (onsite restaurant next to the pool and beach) and heading out to Ixtapa or Zihuat for dinner. We once even saw humpback whales playing in the ocean from our table at La Pergola! I would highly recommend this option for anybody looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation."
