"The staff was amazing! Everyone was helpful and attentive. The rooms were clean, can't complain there. The only thing that I would have wanted would have been a greater variety of food at the buffet restaurant other than that the Views were amazing from my room. Overall I had a very good experience at this resort. The activities at the pool were a lot of fun as well. One Last thing, if you are planning on a relaxing stay, this might not be the hotel for you, we stayed Friday through Monday and every night there was Disco Club night so there was music playing until 12 midnight and the next day, Saturday, until 1 am. I was traveling with my elderly parents so this was something we didn't like."

"We have stayed in Multiple Condos in Ixtapa, but this one was the best by far. We were celebrating our 30th anniversary and decided to upgrade to the Penthouse and what a GREAT decision that was! Three bedrooms, with VERY comfortable beds. Walk out from the Master bedroom to get into a beautiful Infinity pool and listen to the waves in the morning was just amazing. Each bedroom has its own air conditioner with separate controls which is great as my wife likes a "cooler" room than the kids. The sunsets from the deck cannot be beat! Pool service is exceptional at the BVG Marina. The local food is amazing! We will definitely be staying here again!"

"Our overall stay was very pleasant. Raul is a responsive host and communication was very good. Some items within the villa need attention: the lighting in the master bathroom is dark. Showers could be remodeled to an open concept. Some ceiling fans could be replaced. Some screens need repair, some with open holes and not secured to the base. The kitchen could use a counter top and cabinet remodel."

"Cant rate this specific unit as when we arrived it was not available, rented to someone else. The original host ghosted our communication. Fortunately an excellent facility administrator was able to assist and contacted a different apartment manager. So we did have a place at this complex which was very nice. The grounds are beautiful and well taken care of."
