"We never met Judy but she was good to contact on line. Her manager Gil was outstanding making sure we had all we needed. My only suggestion would be a drinking water dispenser. Not too big of a deal but for the money it would have been nice. Amazing views and relaxing space."

"We had a wonderful four week stay at Palmilla Sunscape in beautiful Mazatlan and would happily return. The condo itself was lovely and very functional, with all appliances in excellent working order. It truly felt like a home away from home. We especially appreciated that each bedroom had its own washroom, which made staying as a group so comfortable and convenient. The additional half washroom on the main floor was also very handy. The property manager we dealt with was absolutely amazing. Any small issues were rectified immediately, and he was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. It made such a difference knowing support was always just a message away. The location was excellent, with easy access to Farmacia Guadalajara, Kiosko, and several great restaurants nearby. The beach was just a five-minute walk away, which made daily strolls by the ocean effortless and enjoyable. There was also convenient bus access right across the street, making it easy to explore more of Mazatlán without needing a car. The condo complex is quiet, safe, and well maintained. The pool area is beautiful and a perfect place to relax and unwind. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Palmilla Sunscape to anyone visiting Mazatlán. "The condo is on the beach and the pool hot tubs and grounds are well kept. There are several walkable restaurants. Across the street is a place you can get fresh veggies and fruit as well as a small market on Fridays with a variety of items. There is waallmart and Sams club a short Uber ride away. The condo itself is nice beds are comfortable and amenities are adequate. We found only 1 tea towel and no mixing bowls or baking sheets although there were lots of frying pans. Check in was easy and staff at the condo very friendly. We would return and would recommend."
