"The room was so musty smelling. 2nd floor absolutely no view. Food at best was tolerable but nothing to brag about. Bathroom needs a renovation. Bathtub very slippery. Almost fell several times. "

"Every morning i woke up with a stunning view of the ocean and sunrise. I went walking on the beach. The staff was attentionate and discreet, a nice combination in service. The room was beautiful and the bed very comfortable. A really nice place!"

"The room was clean and comfortable enough. Amenities advertised were not available. The 3rd floor patio bar was not open, no reason was provided, just that it "wasn't open". The poolside bar was not open. The restaurant was full at mealtimes, with the police officers that were staying at the hotel. The breakfast we were provided on the first 2 days was awful, no options office, no menu, it seemed that we were being served the same mass-produced breakfast that the police officers were coming in shifts to eat. the coffee was served from a large "igloo container", so was not fresh or hot. The Sunday buffet advertised was not available. We were looking forward to being able to relax at the hotel we were staying at, this was not the case as all amenities that would have provided thhis experience were not open."

"The management company for the unit was amazing. If I had a rental unit in mazatlan, I would hire them absolutely. Amazing people. Prompt service even after hours. They help me Resolve internet challenges, a refrigerator, and a microwave all in short order. Amazing amazing people. The only issue is the lighting in the room was minimal because the patio window, patio door is very narrow and the unit is very small it might be 200 ft total. The photographs are very deceptive, you think it's a massive space it's very tiny. Overall, though, great value"

"Pacifica condos or apartments has to be the best value in mazatlan. I stayed in all the major hotels other condos but this is it best value for the money if you're able to pay under $50 per night this is The Sweet Spot in the city. You overlooking marina, big pool, big Garden vegetation, quiet, spacious, friendly staff, free parking, free wi-fi, Etc snack bar downstairs and restaurant, perfect"

"This place is a dump. Very small. Very misleading. I walked in and turned around and left. Would not stay there. Room isnt much larger thand the bed that was in it. Found out it is an hourly place."
