"Great destination and amazing experience. Everything was exactly as listed, access to the beach was amazing and all amenities were easily accessible. Only minor issue was the broken coffee maker but if that is the only thing that I am criticizing then it shows how great the place is. Highly recommend and would book again. "

"We had a great stay with two families: four adults in the upstairs rooms and four kids in the downstairs bedroom. We loved the common space on the second floor, with its ocean view, and some of us enjoyed the game room with pool (billiards) and video games.We saw all the available beach equipment, which made me jealous of folks staying there in warmer weather. It was too cold in late December for us to swim, but the beach was great for walks and views.Matt communicated with me in advance about two concerns from previous renters, working with me to make back-up plans in case those issues couldn't be fixed before our arrival. As it turned out, they were both fixed before we arrived, but I still appreciated the pro-active communication."

"Pool is gorgeous, all ages loved using both it and the spa. Proximity to a nice beach and ocean was excellent and golf cart helped carry all the stuff needed. Biking was easy due to all the paved options. Being close to Washington Oaks SP is very nice and lovely to visit. Groceries were acquired easily and kitchen was set up well to prep and cook for a family of 9. We were able to park our 33’ RV in the drive and there was a handy 30amp electrical post to connect to. Nice area to walk dogs in. We especially liked the small public park several streets away for a place to “off” leash them for a bit. The neighborhood in general was pretty quiet while we were there. All those encountered were very friendly. House was clean and organized and everything was very comfortable. We had a few small issues initially but the property manager is an excellent communicator and her and her assistant had everything resolved very quickly. I give them very high marks responding as they did on Christmas Eve. Overall we would highly recommend this property. "

"Everything was Wonderful! The home is gorgeous, the view for sunrises amazing! A Christmas tree with other small details was perfect. My family loved everything but the small showers, but we made do cause we were so happy to be there!"
