"Awesome facility. This was the first time bringing my kids. I came to the resort a couple times when I was kids, when it was basiclly brand new and have been wanting to bring my kids back for a while. Condo was large. Kitchen had everything you would expect. Negatives, master bedroom was really hot. I just think it was at the end of the hvac run because the rest of the unit was fine but I ended up sleeping with a single sheet and still was sweeting when I woke up. The ceiling fan is basically broken, I think it only has one speed all the pulls where it should be running end up with the same speed. So all in all just a hot room. Slide being down was a bummer but the inflatables was a nice meditation for that on the last day. The TVs through the entire unit were really difficult to get to work and the queen bedrooms tv just didn’t work at any point. I don’t think it had a remote. Small issues but a couple random things were broken (obviously before we got there). One of the dinning room chairs (wicker) has a hole in the seat part, and a delaminating end table in the living room. All in all the kids had an awesome time. The adults had a great time. We will be back at some point!"

"We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Palm Coast Beach and the little house we rented was clean and very nice. However, did not have a dishwasher, but we were OK with that. Golf cart was invaluable given at the beach was a 15 minute walk. We had a lot of fun."

"Great host, location, and space with a lot of potential but I would be remiss not to say that it is in desperate need of some attention in the form of deep cleaning add minor maintenance.Upon arrival, I picked up a bag of Cheetos and an empty Gatorade bottle from the second floor deck as well as severalother pieces of miscellaneous trash (papers, wrappers, etc.) around the property (mostly outside). When a remote slipped into the couch and I had to search for it, I encountered various kids toys and a small uneaten pancake under a cushion. Grime around the kitchen sink faucet edges and corners, the kind that takes weeks to accumulate and a wipe down misses. My wife advised me that the third floor shower had a glob of hair stuck to the wall.The overall feel of the property was rundown. Power washing and painting is severely needed for the exterior. Cobwebs in the fascia, a fly covered bug strip hanging from an old broken security camera, mildew on the handrails, broken fire pit, broken hot tub (known prior to arrival but goes to the theme), missing handrail picket, loose stair board, construction material stacked against the house on the deck, sparse and heavily worn patio furniture, interior fans with motors so old that some go their intended speeds and some hardly turn, old and broken blinds (what I call trailer park blinds).I am not a complainer and we had a great time despite our less than ideal environment but someone needs to give the property some attention."

"A Vacation Our Family Will Never ForgetThis home was everything we hoped for and more. We traveled with a large family, and it’s not always easy to find a place where everyone—from the youngest kids to the adults—can truly relax and enjoy themselves. This house was perfect.The pool was, without question, the highlight of our week. Every day was filled with laughter, swimming, and making memories together. Seeing the kids so excited to jump in each morning made the trip incredibly special, and the adults loved spending evenings by the pool after a day at the beach.The golf cart was another unexpected favorite. It made getting around so easy and became part of the fun for everyone. It was one of those little touches that really elevated the experience.What truly set this stay apart, though, was our host. They were kind, welcoming, and incredibly responsive throughout our stay. Communication was excellent from the moment we booked until we checked out.Check-in and check-out couldn’t have been easier, allowing us to focus on what mattered most—spending quality time together.Thank you for helping create a week filled with memories our family will cherish for years to come. We would recommend this home without hesitation to anyone looking for the perfect place to stay in the Palm Coast area."

"The condo is amazing. Very spacious, good layout, plenty of space for a large family. The views and ease of beach access is great. Everything is much better than described or pictured. We had 7 people, ranging from 4-66 years old, and a dog. Our stay was convenient with a fully stocked house, places to take the dog for potty breaks and walks, accessibility for young kids and physically challenged adults. The community itself is gorgeous, quiet, peaceful. Not busy or commercialized. Everyone was nice. The lakeside pool was great. There were no issues getting in and out of the gate. We had never been to this area. The sand was pretty. Beaches were clean. The waves were a little rough and very windy for a few days, but I believe there was some nearby weather contributing to that during our week. The beach was never crowded. Especially on our end since you’re at the end of that property/ beside the golf course. You’re within an hr drive of anything you want to do/ see/ or eat. The owner was always quick to respond. I had questions before booking. He also checked on us during the beginning of our stay. The only negative I have is that housekeeping didn’t even come to the condo before our checkin. Thankfully, it wasn’t filthy, just multiple signs that they had not been there at all since the last guests. However, I don’t fault the owner for this. He apologized and made it right with us. This was probably an oversight or miscommunication by CB property management."

"This property looks exactly like the pictures. Plenty of room, clean, well stocked kitchen & very quiet. Beds are comfortable & it has a nice gas grill in the screened in area. The sunrises are wonderful from the front porch with a big cup of coffee! We had a couple little issues including a clogged shower & an odd smell, but they sent someone over within 30 minutes and it was taken care of. Lots of beach equipment in the garage that has been left behind which was nice. There were a few bikes to use, but they need some work so we weren’t able to use them. The beach is beautiful and not busy whatsoever, but very rocky- not a beach for surfing or anything like that. The walk is a little more than I was thinking from the pictures, but there is parking closer with a bathroom & shower so we used that some of the time. We ended up finding a different beach for the kids that wasn’t so rocky. Also- if you want a toaster, pack one. There is no toaster in the house. We also found an awesome ice cream shop called twisters about 10 minutes up the road- AWESOME staff & so yummy!! All in all, we would definitely recommend this house to family’s with or without kids. We will definitely keep this one in mind if we visit the area again!"
