Although location is little bit far from the main tourist area, but it is a convenient location with lots of restaurants, cafe nearby. also very closed to subway. "For the price, you can't beat it. We stayed here for a baseball game at the Gocheok Sky Dome and it was perfect. If you're looking for luxury, this isn't the place, but we found it to be clean, comfortable, and super convenient. We took Uber (taxi) all around the city, but there was also plenty of food options nearby as well."
