The large oak kitchen is complete with all essential appliances - espresso coffee machine, toaster, microwave, oven and hob - allowing guests to prepare meals at their convenience. The well-equipped kitchen is a great addition for those who enjoy dining in, or those that like to enjoy a leisurely breakfast before exploring the local area. The wooden beams add a lovely touch of character to the room, whilst the Velux windows welcome an abundance of natural light.

The living area, furnished with two comfy sofas and equipped with a TV featuring freeview channels, provides a cosy space to relax and unwind. Whether it is for a quiet evening in or a moment of downtime after a day of activities, guests will feel right at home. The French doors in the lounge open onto the patio area, an enclosed outdoor space featuring a patio set, barbecue and ample space for a hot tub to relax and soak in the beautiful views.
The original bathroom, complete with quaint floral tiles, is equipped with a jet shower.
The bedroom, positioned to the rear of the property with beautiful views overlooking the rolling Leicestershire hills, boasts a super king size bed perfect for relaxing. The bed is a zip and link, meaning it can also separate into two twin beds where necessary, offering a flexible sleeping arrangement to suit your needs.
There is parking space for three cars at the front of the property.
We can welcome up to 2 dogs with you to enjoy your stay (pending pre approval), however we have to decline pet visits from the start of October to the end of February.
Please note there is not a hot tub in situ at the property, this is an additional service we can provide for your stay (fees apply).
