Swapped rooms as the bed was far too high for me to get on & off. Im 5ft & have a disability, so the bed was not suitable. Also breakfast staff said we were late for breakfast which is why there were no eggs left. It was 0900!! Your room info says breakfast is from 0730-0930. If you stop serving ...

Room was lovely, staff were very friendly and helpful. Lost a star as breakfast was a bit underwhelming, tiny, quite greasy sausages, just cooked bacon, slightly odd scrambled egg but horror of horrors, coffee from a "jug" 🙃.
