Absolutely incredible/attentive staff. Unfortunately we did not get to see the rooftop on our stay. We did not complain, simply mentioned “we would have loved to see it/perhaps next time” to the front desk. Shortly afterwards we personally received a call from the hotel manager & the front staff apologizing for the inconvenience & received a free gift basket for the trouble. Rooms felt like an apartment, cozy, but not gratuitous.

The property and staff were wonderful. The room was clean, extremely comfortable and charming. Eleutheria and Roxanne were so helpful and kind. I highly recommend this property.

Location was fantastic. Very close to all the main attractions. Very clean and modern and the service from all the staff was excellent. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Location is perfect for Athens. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable, rooftop bar was fun, and staff at the desk were extremely helpful. I did not have breakfast so can’t rate this but will stay here again if I return to Athens. Loved it.

"For a 5star I expected more. It was beauitiful hotel and the breakfast buffet was great! However, upon closer inspection it was noticeable the property was run down in areas (ei: broken walk ways, small bathroom/showers need remodeling). The gym was not what you expect at a 5-star hotel."
