"We absolutely loved our stay at the Little Stone House! Nancy, the host, was a pleasure to work with. She was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The house is so charming. From the moment we walked in, we were so impressed by the architecture and craftsmanship. The home is very well stocked. We cooked in 4 nights, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The private beach is only a 5-minute walk away. In the mornings, the water was so calm, it was perfect for kayaking. In the evenings, the sunsets were beautiful. It is so peaceful and quiet at night. The location is ideal for exploring all that Lake Tahoe has to offer. We enjoyed hiking, with our 3 favorites being the Eagle Lake trail, the Rubicon trail to the lighthouse at D. L. Bliss State Park, and Picnic Rock trail. On the east shore, we were amazed by the rock formations and the colors of the water, from turquoise to deep blue. Bike riding, swimming, and taking photos were all so much fun. After a day of adventures, we loved coming back to the house, relaxing with the fireplace on, and enjoying the serenity of this very special home. Thank you, Nancy, for sharing your home with us!"

Spacious Cozy Home with private "HOT TUB"

"We had a wonderful time at Tony's property for over a week, with our two adult children and our dogs. Tony was very responsive and communicated very well throughout the booking, pre-arrival and check-in. We chose this property for the spaciousness, outside space (grass areas, very important to us for our dogs to potty, run & play), pool table, video game, and location.We enjoyed many meals in (thanks to the BBQ grill), and appreciated the laundry room so we didn't leave with a lot of laundry.The only thing that would have really made this trip perfect for us is if there was grass for our pups (as in the photos). The front and backyards are all wood chips, no grass at all. The 1st 2 or 3 days, we let them play in the backyard, but they kept getting sap in between their paw pads (which had to be soaked in oil to remove it all). Then, we just ended up walking them outside a lot (one of our pups is a diva and does not like to potty on wood chips and refused to do so here, which was a bit of a challenge ;) ). But, if your pups are fine with wood chips and not as particular, then you should be good.Overall, we had a great time. Thank you, Tony!"

"Good but not great property. Property was accurately advertised. Clean. Nice proximity to Zephyr Cove Resort, Round Hill Pines beach, Nevada Beach and stateline. But need to drive to all of the above.No deck or patio to hang out on. Small set back from Hwy 50 makes getting out of parking spot precarious."
