"Good to stop over for France trip. But difficult to find a working EV charger in town as the units beside the hotel, which are usually reliable, weren't working and nothing else nearby was in service. The checkin closes at 22:00h so make sure you are not late!"

"Fantastic place from which to visit Arras' sights and restaurants. Only complaint was shower/bath spilled water onto slippy floor and bar in evening was a bit limp. Gr8 breakfast."

"We were a bit confused initially when we arrived in an out of town shopping zone. The hotel facilities were excellent but I felt that the staff were keen for us to finish our lovely meal. We had arrived in the restaurant at 20.30 and had been reassured that we were welcome. Maybe I've misread things but I did get a vibe that staff would prefer if we finished sooner rather than later."

"We arrived after reception closed so had to use the out of hours screen outside but despite multiple attempts it wouldn't recognise our booking. Had to use the emergency contact no, and a member of staff came out to help. After failing to get it to work she opened reception and checked us in manually. Bit frustrating but ultimately resolved by helpful stuff. Everything else was fine & good value for money."
