"Tout était parfait du début à la fin. La chambre était spacieuse, d’une propreté irréprochable et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Le coin terrasse est magnifique, un vrai petit havre de paix. On entend le doux bruit de la fontaine, hyper apaisant… un vrai moment de détente. Le personnel est exceptionnel : toujours souriant, bienveillant et attentif. On se sent immédiatement à l’aise, et surtout considérés comme bien plus que de simples clients. Je recommande vraiment cet endroit les yeux fermés...

"Cleaners tended to neglect cleaning our room and, when cleaned, basic necessities were not refilled or replaced such as hand gel and toilet paper. Also, upon arrival, worn dirty socks were left behind, a toothbrush was found in one of the beds and some colouring pencils!? I’m confused as to why these were left behind in the bed. Also, our towels were not replaced for our entire stay of 1 week unfortunately - which is a shame. Furthermore, the breakfast was okay but it almost felt like attending...

"Big spacious suite and balcony. The toilet is a bit of a “cramped area”. You come to stay here and you relax immediately. It’s so calm and pleasant. The pool is huge and the area is very nice and so quiet. It’s an oasis. All the staff was so nice and friendly and helpful except for the checkout. The lady was not smiling, didn’t ask how our stay was (4 night stay) and when we asked if we could change 200 MAD she just said no we can’t do it. I would’ve expected her to say let me see if a boutique might be able to change it for you or tell us where we could go to change it. But no, she didn’t offer any solution. And no nice goodbye. It felt rushed is so very different than what we experienced the days before. So it left a bit of a sour taste to what was a very sweet stay. So I would say- it’s an oasis and you will feel relaxed just walking in. The pool area was the best and the staff in the pool area were very nice. The food is overpriced. The room- we had a suite was perfect. I’ve never slept so good, you can’t hear a thing and bed is very comfortable."

"My husband and I and two friends had a lovely time at Ksar Anika. Clean, spacious, and beautiful! The staff were incredibly helpful and always willing to offer their suggestions. Good location in the Medina, a few minutes walk away from the crowds in the square. Thank you for the wonderful stay!"

"11/10 — An Exceptional Hotel Experience Mövenpick Marrakech is truly more than a hotel—it is an experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The hotel is beautifully maintained, extremely clean, and every detail is taken care of. The staff are absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need, and their genuine hospitality makes you feel truly welcomed and cared for. The breakfast is one of the richest and most impressive I have ever experienced. The variety is incredible, everything is fresh, and the quantity is never an issue—the dishes and plates are constantly replenished. There are also live cooking stations, which make breakfast feel like a complete dining experience rather than simply a hotel buffet. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and immaculate, and the hotel offers excellent amenities. The pools are exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained, making them perfect for relaxing. The lobbies are huge and elegant, with lovely touches such as chocolate tasting and a dedicated Moroccan tea station. Everywhere you look, there is attention to cleanliness, comfort, quality, and service. I would honestly rate this hotel 11/10. It exceeded my expectations in every way. From the incredible staff and spectacular breakfast to the beautiful amenities and immaculate surroundings, Mövenpick Marrakech is truly more than amazing. I would absolutely return and highly recommend it."
