i face different problems with ny stay my booking downgraded without my request and i altrady paid for the full service. the marine on the sea not working so i can't swim on the see and i get different injuries because of that. the animation team was nice

Amazing place, great service and value for money

Spent 20 days which will never be forgotten! First, on checkin the reception upgraded my room to a better room for no extra charge which was great welcoming after the long road trip to there. Stuff and service in the restaurant are very good.. thanks to chef Hassan whom pays attention to every detail ongoing. Great tasty food with varieties for all needs everyday. Animation team are very funny and welcoming, thanks to Sabry- Touny - Salma Beach and house reef will take your breath, lifeguards are very nice on the bridge, specially Hussein. Roam service was not less helpful than all other services, keeping roam with all your needs, clean and tidy. Overall. Was great stay, value for money is excellent Best place for Diving vacation with present of Monkey divers collage, Miss Lorella and stuff there will make your day everyday.

Bonjour, Les chambres sont spacieuses, la restauration est très bonnes et les serveurs sont aux petits soins . Spectacles réguliers, bar à chicha . Pour les plongeurs malheureusement les coraux sont majoritairement blancs, l’eau est à 29 degrés, shorty et palmes de piscine c’est parfait.

La struttura ha 23 anni e li porta tutti. Le stanze sono in parte state ristrutturate, le parti comuni hanno bisogno di un restyling. Partiamo dagli aspetti positivi: il personale tutto, attento, sorridente, disponibile. Poi il cibo, vasta scelta, ben preparato, davvero buono. La formula all inclusive permette di mangiare e bere in qualsiasi posto e a qualsiasi ora, davvero conveniente. Bello anche il lungo pontile che porta al reef. Aspetti negativi: le aree comuni sono vecchie, trascurate, non pulite. Servizio piscina e spiaggia non in grado di accogliere tutti i clienti ospitabili, così in piena stagione ci si ritrova alle 5 del mattino a scendere per prenotarsi un posto in spiaggia. Gli spazi in spiaggia sono indecenti: lettini vecchi, rotti, accatastati, materassini che non vedono la lavatrice da anni. Nel servizio sono inclusi i teli spiaggia: vecchi, consumati e non proprio puliti. L'aria condizionata delle stanze, necessaria, non è regolabile, o accesa o spenta e l'impianto è molto rumoroso, come avere un trattore in camera. Nel complesso non è stata una bella vacanza e non mi sento di consigliare questo posto. Le 4 stelle e mezzo sono eccessive, il rating ottimo pure, le foto pubblicate raffigurano un posto che, ad oggi, non è più così.

Das Hotel ist sauber und schön. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Strand und das Meer war sehr schön. Das hauseigene Riff ist bequem über den langen Steg zu Fuß zu erreichen und ist perfekt zum Schnorcheln. Die Essensauswahl ist sehr groß - leider wenig nationale Küche - und lecker. Es gibt tägliche Animation durch ein sehr nettes und Lust Team. Für Personen die absolute Ruhe suchen ist es daher weniger aber für Personen die nicht nur am Stand liegen wollen und die sich leicht langweilen, wird hier einiges geboten. Yoga, Aqua-Gymnastik, Zumba, Abendshows… Die Geschäfter in der Hotelanlagen haben sehr teure Preise die ich sogar etwas frech fand. Die Verkäufer können auch etwas mürrisch werden, wenn man dann doch nichts kauft, aber lasst euch nicht zu einem Kauf überreden, wenn euch was zu teuer ist! Im Hotel direkt (Lobby) wurde ich aber dann fündig für kleine Mitbringsel. Hier waren die Preise meiner Meinung nach fair. Das Hotel liegt sehr abgelegen, daher muss man alle Ausflüge über das Hotel buchen. Hier ist der Herr der den Transfer und auch die Ausflüge bucht super nett und hilfsbereit. Er gibt Empfehlungen was sehenswert ist. Aber auch hier sind die Preise höher als ich es von Hurghada kenne. Das sollte man berücksichtigen, wenn man Ausflüge vor hat. (Z.B.: 110€ p.P für Luxor; 40€ p.P für einen Halbtags Schnorcheltrip —> beides sehr empfehlenswert) Alles in Allem war es ein sehr tolles und erholsamer Urlaub! Danke an das ganze Blend-Team

Aber wem leicht langweilig wird, hat hier immer etwas zu tun (Yoga, Aqua-Gymnastik, Zumba, Abendshows…) Das Hotel liegt sehr abgelegen, daher muss man alle Ausflüge über das Hotel buchen. Das Personal ist hier sehr hilfsbereit und unterstützt bei der Entscheidung, was man sich anschauen soll und was sehenswerter ist. Jedoch sind die Preise um einiges höher als ich es von Hurghada kenne. Das sollte man berücksichtigen, wenn man Ausflüge plant. Die Preise in den Geschäftern in der Hotelanlage sind sehr überteuert und fast schon frech. Im Hotel (Lobby) gibt es auch 3 Geschäfter, hier wurde ich fündig mit Preisen die ich fair fande. Partiamo con una precisazione, avevo altissime aspettative su questo resort, ma su alcuni aspetti è da rivedere: La camera del lotto K, il bagno da rinnovare, tracce di muffa sulle mattonelle, la porta della cabina doccia nella vasca che si apre a metà. Il servizio di pulizia in camera, su 5 giorni 3 volte con tanto di cartello non disturbare sono entrati. Il primo giorno mi hanno proprio svegliato “non avevo messo il lucchetto” ed erano circa le 8/8:30… chiedendomi fino a che giorno ero lì… Bandierine rosse per non essere disturbato in spiaggia da animatori e venditori, ma invece di continuo venivano a chiedere o a venderci qualcosa. Animazione diciamo da migliorare.. perché non puoi fare clienti di serie A e clienti di serie B. “Vedi il desert party” se non c’è L avesse detto e proposto la guida che ci aveva portato in escursione non lo sapevamo… è poi all uscita del resort hanno provato a venderci i ticket .. Unica nota positiva direi il ristorante inteso come cibo, il servizio dipende dalle zoneee dove ti sedevi, c’erano alcuni che andavano troppo di fretta nel fare tutto, creando un po’ di disagio a chi è lì per rilassarsi… Stessa cosa alle 18 in spiaggia a fischiare per dire la spiaggia è chiusa e in alcuni casi forzando la prassi.. non è il top… Che dire.. un rimandato sicuro non potrò consigliarlo ma né sconsigliarlo perché non ho un metro di comparazione su Marsa alam.. perciò in sei meno in generale nella mia experience ci può stare..

Ottima struttura

Questo grande Resort accontenta un po' tutti. Eravamo preoccupati di alcuni commenti negativi che avevamo letto e temevano che i commenti positivi fossero influenzati da eventuali richieste del personale interno, invece non è assolutamente così! Il resort vale i punteggi che ha! Spiaggia da sogno per chi ama la sabbia e il bagno facile. Un pontile lunghissimo, ma davvero lunghissimo, con due discese intermedie nella baia e una discesa finale su un reef dal corallo splendido. Possibilità di avvistare e nuotare con i delfini. Bagnini molto attenti e professionali, se vorrete allontanarvi troppo dal pontile durante lo snorkeling in barriera dovrete firmare, giustamente, un'assunzione di responsabilità, perché è ovvio che bisogna essere esperti e consapevoli che se ci si allontana si aumentano le probabilità di rischio e diventa impossibile intervenire per un eventuale salvataggio. Personale gentile e sorridente (forse solo alla reception, in effetti, ogni tanto un pochino brusco in qualche occasione, ma non da parte di tutti, forse un caso isolato). Cibo davvero favoloso e di qualità oltre che con una scelta notevole, camerieri cuochi tutti gentilissimi e professionali! Sempre ottima la griglia esterna! Cocktail e bevande buoni. Animazione simpatica, coinvolge chi lo desidera e non infastidisce chi non è interessato. Nessun pressing in spiaggia da venditori o altro e non abbiamo mai neanche messo la "bandiera rossa". Bella stanza e bei giardini. Accontenta tutti! Ottimo!

Ottima Struttura, siamo stati benissimo, camera rinnovata E304 vista piscina e vista mare, pulizia eccellente, Cibo molto buono serate a tema, grazie al Maître ed allo Chef Manger per l'organizzazione del ristorante, posizione bellissima con un Mare stupendo, All-inclusive di buona qualità in particolare al Bar principale e al Bar della piscina, Animazione ottima mai invadente, Grazie a Dido che parla perfettamente Italiano, un grosso aiuto per i turisti Italiani, bravissimi tutti i ragazzi della Reception, dei Bar e del Ristorante. Super Consigliato!

Hotel situato a pochi km dall'aeroporto Struttura con camere un po' datate. Personale molto gentile e disponibile Spiaggia molto bella adatta anche ai bambini con l'accesso alla barriera tramite un pontile. Ci ritornerei.

Siamo tornati oggi, dopo una settima. La struttura è un pò datata ma niente lo fa trasparire, è gestita bene, il personale è gentilissimo l'ambiente è curato ed è piacevole stare nelle varie aree della struttura. Piccolo neo il cibo che purtroppo non è all'altezza di tutto il resto ma probabilmente sono i miei gusti che non hanno incontrato il menù offerto. Mensione speciale per l'animazione, il team d'animazione è coinvolgente senza essere pressante, cortese e molto bravi in quello che fanno. Se torno a Marsa Alam torno a Blend Elphistone.

Ho soggiornato una settimana in questo resort con mia figlia e il mio compagno. Ti senti subito in famiglia le persone che lavorano qui sono davvero meravigliose, dai camerieri soprattutto Abd El fattath Mohamed che ci ha intrattenuti con i suoi giochi, al bagnino sulla pedana dove potevi fare snorkeling e al animatore Tiger e in generale tutti sono stupendi. Il resort offre una cucina vasta hai l imbarazzo della scelta e le pietanze sono buonissime. Le stanze sono comode e confortevoli pulite e la posizione è perfetta ha un mare bellissimo trasparente. Buonissimi anche i frullati di frutta.

Scarsa pulizia in generale.Cibo reciclato in continuazione. Poca organizzazione per gli spostamenti. Personale però gentile e clinica medica nel resort valida ( ne ho avuto bisogno) zero manutenzione del resort e del mobilio . Manca un supervisore che controlla tutto.

Buon resort internazionale di livello medio-alto. Personale sempre disponibile e cortese. Camere confortevoli, pulite quotidianamente, seppur con arredi un po datati ma comunque funzionali. Ristorazione a buffet nella norma per il luogo con molte pietanze preparate al momento come grigliate, pasta, waffel, crepes, frittate e dolci locali. Spiaggia molto ampia e confortevole, balneazione resa difficile dalle correnti ma comunque praticabile, barriera corallina bella e ricca di pesci. Animazione internazionale per lo piu parlante inglese, presente, simpatica e non assillante, con attività organizzate durante la giornata e spettacolo serale all'interno dell'anfiteatro. Presenti vari negozi e una farmacia all'interno della struttura. Escursioni offerte in spiaggia a prezzi vantaggiosi, assolutamente affidabili e gestite da personale molto preparato e professionale; personalmente consiglio l'escursione a Sharm el Luli, la cammellata nel deserto al tramonto con sosta al villaggio beduino e il giro con i quad. Il taxi dall'aeroporto al resort per due persone costa circa 30€ contrattando.

Considerarlo più un tre stelle che un quattro. Wi-Fi solo a pagamento. Taxi senza possibilità di scelta al di fuori di quello in struttura che offre servizi con prezzi stratosferici. Cibo poco vario e di qualità bassa. Il resto è ok...personale gentile e disponibile, camere grandi e pulite ma soprattutto mare pazzesco...
