Indulge on the Red Sea.

amazing. The staff is the highlight - always helpful and always cheerful. The house reef and lagoon are great (although the reef is clearly showing signs of climate change - far fewer fish and much less thriving corals). The massages are great. The gardens are outstanding. It's a real resort but not pretentious. I found it perfect. I extended my two-week stay for an extra two weeks! Very economical for the quality.

When you go, you must visit Amed and his little shop of potions, lotions, perfumes, teas and handblown glass bottles. Snorkeling off of the pier is world class, and there was a young man named Islam who was a wonderful guide and very helpful to me.

Amazing. Great value. The staff are uniformly nice. The beach is great, the causeway to the house reef is well maintained and the snorkeling in the lagoon and on the reef is great. (The reef is suffering but it is still fun. Be sure to wear only reef-friendly sun blocks.) Also, great inexpensive massages. Really good guys and a comfortable rather than luxe environment. Treat yourself. Food is decent and there’s plenty of it!! The only downside I experienced is the long drive (2+ hours) from the airport. The benefit is that the area is not crowded like Hurghada or some of the other dive/snorkeling areas. All in all, it’s a great place for an active or a relaxed stay. Highly recommend it.

Unfortunately, the air conditioner didn’t work in my room and the staff was very slow to respond kept me waiting for hours. I had to demand to be moved to another room. I was sweating in my room. It was so hot. I was surprised at the lackluster care they took for their guest. To make up for, their mistakes, they could’ve comped me the room, but they didn’t.

Il MIO GIUDIZIO ESTREMAMENTE NEGATIVO si RIFERISCE AD EXPEDIA intesa come organizzazione di pacchetti viaggio + soggiorno .In particolare SEGNALO che per ARRIVARE AL RESORT che si trova 180 km a Sud di Marsa Alam io e mia figlia ABBIAMO IMPIEGATO BEN 26 ORE senza dormire e poterci riposare A CAUSA DI UN ALLUCINANTE VIAGGIO AEREO CON LA COMPAGNIA AERE PEGASUS della quale EXPEDIA si avvale per i suoi pacchetti vacanze . In tal senso mi auguro che EXPEDIA MI CONTATTI UFFICIALMENTE al più presto per CONCORDARE RISARCIMENTO per il danno subito . Ho trascorso una rilassante settimana in questa struttura dove ho trovato cortesia da parte dello staff e tranquillità assoluta in un ambiente raccolto. I giardini della struttura sono meravigliosi, così come il mare con una splendida laguna per fare snorkelling. C’è anche la possibilità di passeggiare lungo la spiaggia, in un paesaggio naturale ed incontaminato. Il transfer dall’aeroporto di Marsa Alam è impegnativo in termini di tempo e condizioni dell’asfalto della strada.

Struttura molto accogliente ed estremamente curata. Personale molto attento alle esigenze dei Clienti. Tranquillità e relax sono le caratteristiche della struttura. E' un po' scomoda la distanza tra l'aeroporto di Marsa Alam e la truttura (circa 190 km) in quanto le strade lasciano alquanto a desiderare in termini di manutenzione (piene di buche). Per completare i circa 190 km servono non meno di 2:45 - 3:00 ore.

Wonderful almost southernmost hotel of Red Sea

The food is basic but fine, the best value of this place is however its natural beach and wild Red Sea scenery, including nice walking options along the coast. Nearby Wadi Gemal National Park beaches are perfect for a day trip, so car is a great advantage at this place.

A beautifuly set resort with great nature around.

What is amazing is the setting of the resort - on the pristine stretch of the Red Sea shore with winderful sea view, swimming and snorcheling options, a natural beach and good option of great walks along the sea shore up to large mangrove forests.

Einfaches schönes Resort mitten im Nichts. Ausser Tauchen und Faulenzen gibt es nichts weiteres. Die Küche ist gut, abwechslungsreich aber auch einfach.

Nice and clean hotel, with decent food included in the all-inclusive. The staff is really friendly and Sherif, the assistant manager was very nice and a pretty good pool player. We arrived late at night and they had food available for us waiting. While the check-in burocracy was taken care of by the reception we had diner. The free wifi is really not what you would expect in this day and age, only 250 MB for the time you're there, only available in and around the reception area. Once I ran out of my 250 there was no way to get more, so I had to revert to an expense mobile plan.

Great family Vacation

had a great time with our family it wasn't too crowded or busy in the service was great. They have a lot of varieties for food which worked well for young kids. They have two parts and great swimming pools for kids as well as a pier you can walk out on and see the fish and Coral at low tide. This was a favorite activity for my kids. Also the rooms were great and had a great air conditioning system.

Zunächst möchte ich darauf hinweisen, dass es kein Internet auf den Zimmern gibt, auch nicht mit Kabel wie bei Expedia angegeben. Man kann allerdings eine mobile SIM überteuert im Hotel erwerben. Am Flughafen gibt es diese sehr viel günstiger. Auch das kostenlose WLAN im Pool- und Rezeptionsbereich ist begrenzt, wer mehr braucht, muss es bezahlen. Die Zimmer und Anlage sind sauber und gepflegt. Allerdings ist das Resort sehr abgelegen, nur Wüste drum herum. Wer sich einfach an den Hotel-eigenen Strand legen, im Hausriff schnorcheln oder tauchen gehen möchte, kann sich hier eine Woche gut die Zeit vertreiben. Das Essen ist vielfältig und reichhaltig, manchmal etwas langweilig gewürzt, was man aber mit den angebotenen Gewürzen selbst aufpeppen kann. Gemüse war oft noch hart, selbst als ich im Restaurant und an der Rezeption darauf hingewiesen habe, wurde es nicht besser. Empfehlen kann ich auch eine Massage, vor allem nach dem Tauchen war das sehr entspannend. Wer dabei Musik dabei hören möchte, sollte sich diese mitbringen.

A most relaxing, quiet and beautiful. Hotel

It was a really good hotel. The setting of this hotel was beautiful, low buildings and well kept gardens all around the buildings. The sea and the reef easily accessed from the jetty were great for swimming, snorkeling and diving with some amazingly colored fish and coral to be seen. For an all inclusive hotel the food was of a good standard with plenty of choice at all meal times, the staff were pleasant and not overly friendly as is the case in some hotels. They gave good service at all times and any requests were dealt with speedily. Although this hotel has only 3 star rating I found it to be of a higher standard than others with a higher rating and would willingly return at some future time. There is a once a week entertainment evening with belly dancing and whirling dervish, according to the notification dinner is served in the big pool which gave me some amusement, actually it was around the pool. Overall a really relaxing enjoyable stay which I would recommend to anyone who wants a quiet, peaceful holiday with lots of sealife in the sea to swim with.
