"I think this hotel needs some updating. The rooms were okay, had some bumps in the road, but the staff and the management team handled it. Air conditioning did not work initially, the remote did not work. The gym was not working, and it was a bummer that it cost extra to use and sauna and steam room.
I did not like the fact the WiFi was only avaliabe in the reception area.
Staff was amazing, property was clean, and the food wasn’t bad, but wasn’t the best.

"Our stay at JAZ Lamaya was absolutely wonderful. The grounds are very well maintained, with beautiful greenery all around. The staff are extremely friendly and always make sure that you and your family are enjoying your vacation.
The variety and quality of the food are what truly distinguish this hotel. None of us experienced any stomach issues during our stay, which is a great plus.
The Wi-Fi connection is good throughout the resort, even on the beach.
