"Small but friendly hotel in the centre of a medieval village. Set in a very narrow street yet unaffected by noise, while the room did not enjoy a view per se, opening the Juliet balcony allowed you a great insight into the heart of French village life. The room was well appointed, scrupulously cleaned and maintained.Muriel the owner/manager was extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed for four nights and would recommend it to anyone. Parking was in a free public car park three minutes walk...

The wildlife around the property was outstanding, Deer, Hares, Badgers and Foxes to be spotted early and late in the day with Owls hooting in the night and no trip was complete down the river without spotting a Kingfisher or 3 .Plenty to see and do along the Dordogne and at the end of the day a cooling dip in the lovely pool.Well worth a stay here, highly recommended and with Ariane as you host you can't go far wrong!"
