"The house itself was okay. Definitely would look for new cleaning company. We had to do a little minor cleaning when we got there. We had an issue with the kitchen sink being clogged, someone was there quickly when I reported it. Could use a little work, but all in all, we enjoyed our stay."

"The beach house location was beautiful. The decor in the house was picked out perfectly. The house was not completely clean because I used Clorox wipes in the kitchen and bathrooms and still picked up dirt on the wipes. We did get locked out of the main door because the inside of the Door handle was broken. Of course it was pouring down rain which didn’t make it any better. We ended up having to leave one of the bedroom doors unlocked when we would leave just to make sure we were able to get back in. I would recommend the company to replace the door handles in the future when they are not working correctly. I noticed it was broken as soon as we checked in. If the door handle / lock worked correctly it would have been the perfect vacation."

"The back deck is amazing. The covered area was a great spot for our group both morning and night, and the inside was just as open and welcoming, with a huge table that worked for everything from dinner to game night. We also had access to the bay right behind us, with calm waters and a sandy shore, and it was a quick walk to the public beach when we wanted to get in the ocean."

"The Beach House was excellent with large bedrooms for adult children to easily care for their littles. The layout with two kitchens and two living rooms allowed the space needed for separate activities when needed but each large enough when you wanted to be together. The pool house was an excellent addition for the privacy to take a work call while watching the family enjoy the pool from sunrise to sunset between the many trips to the beach. This house literally sits in the Gulf so shady beach time under the house was truly enjoyed. The waves and sandbars of the gulf off the front of the house were a favorite of our adventurous swimmers and the "lake like" calm of the bayside beach was a 1 minute walk off the back of the house and just perfect for our littlest swimmers! Plenty of room in the house and undercover decks for the rainy hours for all. The views from the decks were outstanding with full horizon views of the Dauphin Island Sunsets. With four adult kid families and five littles they all wanted to extend their stay and that says a ton about this wonderful large Gulf Beach house!! We will b back!!"

"This house was perfect for our family vacation with the Bayview. You could see a perfect sunrise & a beautiful sunset each day. The layout of the house was perfect for our grandkids on one side of the house and the adults on the other with a wonderful open kitchen dining living room plan. You could actually wash dishes and see the ocean waves across the street! Absolutely stunning views every where. There are a lot of stairs so be prepared. The host will answer any questions you have ASAP."

"The house was perfectly decorated. It feels so fresh and clean. The house was easy to keep clean throughout the visit. My favorite part was watching and listening to the ocean, laughing gulls and pelicans while I cooked and washed dishes. This was our 4th time to the Island and we are blessed every visit! We are looking forward to the next one! Thank you to our wonderful host for sharing your beautiful home with us!"
