The room was clean and the staff very accommodating. The breakfast was quite sufficient and had a good variety. The location is great. It's a short walk from the square, shopping and from restaurants.

Great location between train station and downtown and ferry docks to Portofino, Fruttoso, etc. We based here to explore Cinque Terre, Portofino and Santa Margherita
Hotel features an excellent gym, helpful and engaged staff, clean rooms, solid WiFi and seems dog friendly. The property is well maintained and looks much younger and hipper than the 20 years it’s been around. I’d definitely would stay at LHP again.
Did not try food or drinks, but breakfast was 30 euros per person.

Everything was perfect. Customer service was everything. The classic room itself is slightly small, but a lovely big bathroom, and we were hoping for a view but understandably that would be the deluxe room. We used the spa amenities and it was pretty good for the price - recommended after a day or two of walking up and down the steep hills. Overall we will stay again. It was a beautiful hotel with lovely people working there, filled with so much history.

Very friendly staff, food was delicious absolutely 5star!! All the drinks were well made and wonderful aperitifs. Beautiful views and a wonderful time to just relax.

The staff at the hotel is amazing from the moment you pull up to the door. I would’ve loved to stay longer it was such a beautiful experience. A special shout out to Marina who makes every guest feel special. The hotel was beautiful, the beach club is phenomenal. Great people, great property.
