This hotel is all about location… close to everything about 10-15 mins by walking. The entrance of the hotel is a bit scary at night time on my personal view. The room is big and clean. Don’t expect much on breakfast … it’s enough for you to start the day.

My wife and I are frequent travelers and we can truly say that the Bernini Palace in Florence/Firenze, Italy, was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! The staff were very professional, attentive, friendly, effective, and very engaging. Everyone we encountered was excellent. We couldn't have been more pleased with our time at the Bernini.
The hotel itself is gorgeous. Very tastefully decorated, clean, inviting, etc. The room was perfect. We were given a free drink at the bar upon arrival, plus a free bottle of wine. The breakfast buffet was superb, with the dining staff, as with all the staff we encountered, were excellent.
Two people we do want to call out as being very helpful and friendly were Simonetta and Yuri -- wonderful!
