Schönes, sauerbes Zimmer. Schönes Hotel und nettes Personal. Mit dem Auto ist man auch schnell in Koblenz. Die Saunalandschaft ist toll, hat genug Angebot und sieht ebenfalls sehr gepflegt aus.
Preise sind dafür auch in Ordnung. Würde wieder hier buchen.

The schloss complex has been converted imaginatively and tastefully into a well-equipped hotel. The reception and restaurant staff were most helpful and courteous and helped to make our stay very enjoyable.

Very nice spa hotel with extra helpful staff and wonderful service. The room was very hot with no AC on entry, but a fan was provided and opening the window allowed fresh air in which cooled the room over night. There was a balcony with a beautiful view of the castle. A bottle of wine along with two chocolates and a welcome drink at the bar were offered on arrival, and a bag with water and snacks was provided when leaving. Delicious drinks at the bar as well. I also utilized the swimming pool which was indoors and very refreshing. The spa area was large with seating and other amenities. Overall wonderful hotel and very helpful staff. Not walkable to Cochem central city but an easy drive or bike ride. Highly recommended.

A pleasant hotel with free parking. Slightly let down by lack of a proper bar (although some drinks are available after hours) and a torn curtain in the room. The bed and bathroom were great though, and there’s an hourly bus service if you don’t fancy walking back from the town centre. Overall a good choice for Cochem and the surrounding area.

"This hotel is few minutes walking distance from terminal using covered transfer galleries. Very convenient. Restaurant was open late and very early in the morning we were able to have coffee and croissant in the lobby free of change. Very good value for money."
