General manager, Rama was really helpful and made a kind gesture for our anniversary of chocolate cake with “Happy Anniversary “ written in sauce. Hotel could do with updating as no central heating, windows old, sofa badly stained. Plenty of choice on half board and bed was super comfy. Would stay again."

"The mixture of modern and old within this building and the decor has been so well done; bringing both chracter and comfort. There is so much to do within the surrounding area, such as Ludlow Castle, Church, Museum, nature walks and an abundance of shops and nice restaurants and all within walking distance of the hotel. The staff are friendly, helpful and approachable. We will be staying here again! Thank you for a lovelt stay."

Quite similar to University Halls of Residence, which are let out to summer visitors, except for the outstanding quality and cleanliness of the premises and the courtesy and friendliness of all the staff.
